3-Ingredient Healthy Matcha Mousse
I know it sounds crazy to make desserts out of tofu, but it’s literally the star of the show for this 3-ingredient matcha mousse recipe! Not only will it satisfy your sweet tooth, it’ll also help you hit your protein goals for the day.
Instructions:
Melt chocolate chips either with double boiler method on the stove or in the microwave (if microwave, do so in 10 - 15 sec increments so to not burn!)
Sieve matcha powder onto the melted chocolates
Combine silken tofu and matcha chocolate into the blender and blend on high for 45 seconds
Transfer mixture into an air tight container and refrigerate for 2 hours before serving
Add toppings (e.g., strawberries, granola, sliced almonds) and enjoy!
