Matcha Tiramisu
I ain't lying when I say this is the eeeeasiest dessert I have ever whipped up - no baking, no checking whether something is thoroughly cooked... just a little mixing and assembling! Matcha tiramisu is perfect for those of us who aren't as in tuned with the oven but still love whipping up sweet treats for our friends!
Ingredients:
Matcha cream layer
1 1/2 heavy whipping cream
1/4 cup of your sugar of choice (I used monk fruit sugar, but regular granulate sugar works as well!)
5 tsp of matcha powder
8 oz of mascarpone cheese
Ladyfinger layer
4 tsp of matcha
1 cup of hot water
An entire pack of ladyfingers (I used 20 sticks)

Instructions:
Whip the heavy whipping cream with a standing mixer or handheld electric mixer. Use medium speed and whip for about 5 minutes, making sure to not overwhip!
Add in matcha powder and sugar, then fold them throughout the cream
Fold in the mascarpone cheese and decide whether you want the matcha cream layer to look greener - if yes, add in a few more scoops of matcha
Prepare a bowl of matcha water by mixing together matcha powder and hot water
Dip each ladyfinger in the matcha water for 1 - 2 seconds - DO NOT SOAK THEM as ladyfingers are incredibly absorbent
Line up the matcha-dipped ladyfingers as the bottom layer of your servingware
Pile on a layer of matcha cream, making sure it fills the crevices between the ladyfingers
Line up a second layer of match-dipped ladyfingers on top of the matcha cream
Finish off with the final layer of matcha cream and dust some more matcha powder on top
Refrigerate for 3 hours or overnight to solidify everything together
Serve while chilled or at room temp!
