Lemonade But Limeade

I’ve never been a huge fan of -ade drinks until I tasted this Brazilian Limeade, made silky smooth with condensed milk and tart and sweet with every ounce of the lime. This recipe is honestly so simple and only requires 2 ingredients - so you don’t have an excuse not to make it!

Ingredients:

  • 8 - 10 limes (depending on how big your limes are)

  • Condensed milk (amount varies depending on how big your limes are, so add to taste as you go!)

  • Ice

Instructions:

  1. Cut up all of your limes into wedges

  2. Fill up half of your blender with lime wedges and half with ice cubes

  3. Add water to the blender about 2/3 of the way up

  4. Add condensed milk to taste (add as you blend to make sure it’s not too sour but also not too sweet!)

  5. Strain the juice in a fine mesh strainer then transfer into a pitcher

  6. Serve with more ice but drink it shortly so it doesn’t turn bitter!
