White Chocolate Matcha Soufflé Cake

A high protein low carb dessert that’s certain to keep you full and curb those sugar cravings for the rest of the day! With only two main ingredients where you simply throw everything together - this is a must-make!


Ingredients:

  • 2 cups of full fat cottage cheese

  • 4 eggs

  • 2 tbsp of matcha powder

  • 6 tbsp of powdered monkfruit

  • Sugar free white chocolate chips (enough to cover surface!)

Tools:

  • Food processor

  • Matcha sifter

  • Oven-safe dish


Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven at 350 degrees F

  2. Blend cottage cheese in a food processor until smooth and creamy

  3. Mix together the cottage cheese and the eggs in an oven-safe dish

  4. Sift matcha onto the mixture and add on top powdered monk fruit

  5. Evenly mix everything throughout and top off with white chocolate chips ensuring they’re slightly submerged into the mixture

  6. Bake at 350 for about 50 minutes (depending on the size of your dish)

  7. Once the middle is puffing up and only jiggles slightly when you shake, it’s done!
