Sushi Bake (But No Baking!)
This is one of those recipes that require minimal effort but result in maximum benefits! Involving no cooking or baking, this sushi bake without the bake is the perfect meal prep to keep on repeat.
Ingredients:
2 cans of tuna (I use the Korean brand, Dongwon, which uses skipjack tuna and is lower in mercury-content!)
4 sticks of imitation crab
1/2 cup of corn
2 stalks of green onions, chopped
1/2 cup of Kewpie mayo (or more if you like it creamier!)
2 packs of seaweed
generous amounts of furikake
1 tbsp sesame oil
dash of salt
1 tsp white pepper
Tools:
Mixing bowl
Air-tight container for storage
Instructions:
Chop up green onions and imitation crab
Mix together tuna, green onions, imitation crab, and corn in a mixing bowl
Add Kewpie mayo to the mixture then incorporate the sesame oil, salt, and white pepper after the mayo is mixed well into the tuna mixture
Top off with furikake
Enjoy on top of a salad, in a burrito or wrap, or even by itself!
